Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 days in business days and customer should receive product within 3-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

If you don't receive your parcel item for a long time, please contact us via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  

Will my items be sent in one package?

 

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.  Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Not Yellow Oy pays VAT (Value added tax) in Finland and is not responsible for any other customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us via email to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

Yes, we ship our products all around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

We offered 14 days return policy to our customers. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

 

  • All items must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition
  • All items have to be well packed for shipping
  • You should contact us via email before you send the returned item back to us

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

                                       

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel order. It must be required for user to contact us within 24 hours regarding order cancellation or change.

 

 


SHIPPING

If you purchase any product outside from Finland, then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
